Jutlandia strengthens its position as a logistics partner in offshore wind
September 2025
Jutlandia has secured major new agreements within the wind industry, further cementing its role as one of the leading logistics partners at the Port of Esbjerg.
One of the world’s leading offshore wind developers has signed a long-term lease for 16,500 m² of outdoor storage space, where the first turbine components have already been delivered.
Further, Jutlandia is expanding its longstanding collaboration with a market-leading OEM, which already utilises substantial areas at the terminal. The new agreement covers 4,000 m² of indoor warehouse capacity and 6,000 m² of outdoor storage, including handling of components for upcoming projects.
With these agreements Jutlandia’s facilities and warehouses are now fully booked – and investments are already made to secure future capacity. The first step will be a new 2,000 m² storage tent at Amerikavej, expected to be operational by September 1. In addition, Jutlandia has completed a major strategic investment with the acquisition of 33,000 m² of prime commercial land at the Port of Esbjerg.
"By entering new partnerships while strengthening existing ones, we demonstrate both Esbjerg’s position as a leading wind hub and Jutlandia’s role as a trusted logistics partner. We are proud to contribute to some of the world’s largest offshore wind projects,” - Claus Jensen, Business Support & Facility/Procurement Manager at Jutlandia.
With these agreements, Jutlandia once again reinforces the Port of Esbjerg’s position as a central hub for global wind logistics – while setting the course for continued growth and development.
